A premier facility providing free, year-round baseball and softball instruction, competitive leagues, and educational programs designed to empower Houston’s urban youth through sports and character development.
The Houston Astros MLB Youth Academy aims to set the standard for baseball and softball instruction while enhancing the quality of life for youth in the community. Located at Sylvester Turner Park, the Academy provides free, year-round training for boys and girls ages 7–17, regardless of skill level.
